This poster was produced for Sora Mizusawa`s personal exhibition “Daydreams, and a Cube Sugar”. The main visual is printed in size A2. Her unique method of cutout/collage and the power the original picture are revived in this poster that is close to its original size. Packaged in opaque to fit the image of `daydreams`. Limited to 100 copies.
Illustrator. Born 1978 in Hakodate, Hokkaido. Currently based in Tokyo. After graduating from Vantan Design Institute, she trained at MJ Illustrations. Cutout and collage are her main methods of work, but she has always drawn a line from craft work and remained in the field of illustration. She has produced many book cover designs, to include “Black Rider” (Akira Higashiyama, Shincho-sha), “Picture Book Otogizoshi (fairytale), Kohata Kitsune (Kohata Fox)” (scripted by Kaori Fujino, Kodan-sha), “Hikari no Niwa (Garden of Light)” (Toriko Yoshikawa, Kobun-sha).
